Shipping is handled through USPS and UPS. We offer flat fee shipping that includes insurance. Our fulfillment centers cater to capsules, dry products, gels, and wholesale orders. For instance, if you order both gel and capsules, the shipping fee for both items will be combined.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. You can track your orders through various methods, such as FB messenger, text message, or by visiting https://route.com/.
In the event of a lost, damaged, or stolen package, you can file a claim at https://claims.route.com/. Please make sure to report any such incidents within 15 days in order to file a claim. Claims files after 15 days of deliver will not be approved.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes as our packages contain perishable items. Shipping to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or any other locations where immediate access is not available is strongly discouraged. Failure to promptly retrieve packages from these locations will be considered considered customer neglect. In the event a package is delivered to any of the above locations customer assumes full responsibility.
If there is an error by the customer, returns, or refused packages the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs and a restocking fee of $5 to $15, depending on the item.
If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping fee. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the value of the order, minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee.
We kindly request that customers ensure they provide accurate and complete address information at the time of placing their orders to avoid any potential complications with delivery.
